Cornwall Devolution Deal -a Mayor ?

“A Mayor for Cornwall – a devolution deal

The government is offering extra funding to Cornwall Council, in return for agreement to creating a “Mayor” for Cornwall who would take over some executive functions from the Cornwall councillors. There is a public consultation to which you can reply online – the closing date is 17th February.
